This tart was inspired by Taste of Home’s Peach-Blueberry Crumble Tart. I changed things up to suit my family’s tastes, and to use ingredients that I had on hand—the end result was so delicious, I just had to share! Make sure to cool the tart completely before slicing.
A chocolate and coconut lover’s dream! Made this up for a restaurant my husband worked for and customers were wanting to buy whole pies.
A true Southern favorite, this is a wonderful chess pie with the tart taste of lemon. My great grandmother gave me this recipe and I make it every year for the holidays. This pie must be refrigerated.

Traditional Southern-style sweet potato pie. This is my mother’s recipe, but she’s Mimi to my kids, so in our house we call this dish Mimi’s sweet potato pie. It’s delicious right out of the oven, at room temp, or right out of the refrigerator.
This espresso chocolate pie is my own creation, I modeled it after a pie recipe I found in a magazine. That recipe used lots of pre-packaged items, I wanted something more homemade. We loved this pie, it was so fabulous! Lots of chocolate and coffee flavor.
A beautiful and tasty tart full of cranberry-orange flavor! If shortbread crusts aren’t your thing, feel free to use your favorite pastry crust instead!
