Mouth pleasing red wine marinade flavored with soy sauce, garlic, ginger and molasses. Use for pork, vegetables, or chicken.
Sweet Potato Casserole with Eggnog
This is a great casserole–not too sweet. I’ve adapted it from several other recipes. I usually double this for Thanksgiving. To make lighter version replace the eggnog with skim milk and use reduced calorie margarine.

Fried Yellow Squash with Potatoes and Onions
My boyfriend suggested I add some squash to the fried potatoes as a way to use up the extra squash. It tastes really good as a side dish to pork or chicken.
