This is just the base for a basic pepperoni pizza roll. I made this with leftover pizza toppings. I didn’t feel like making any dough so I substituted egg roll wraps.

This Italian side dish (aka ‘contorno’) couldn’t be easier! We make this often during the summer, when we have an abundance of basil and parsley growing in our garden. Works well with zucchini, too!

Hot Vidalia® Onion Dip
Ever since my friend Sonja made this and brought it into work, it is my signature appetizer dish to take to parties! I tweaked it a little to my taste. It is the first appetizer to go and everyone will be asking for the recipe! Serve with crackers or sliced bread. Absolutely delicious!
