I’ve never been a big fan of maple syrup, so I started making this for special pancake and waffle breakfasts. When they know I’m cooking, my nieces and nephews beg for ‘breakfast for dinner’ so they can have this syrup on top!
Tuscan Cannellini Beans
An amazing side dish to Italian meats–pairs especially well with porchetta. I have a hard time finding dry cannellinis, so this recipe calls for canned. But if you can find the dry, I’d roll with that.

Green Bean Casserole with Bacon and Toasted Almonds
