This is a fun summer recipe that can be served on its own, or with tortilla chips. It is also beautiful, so make sure you have a clear bowl to put it in.
These are absolutely scrumptious, and can be made with either phyllo dough or puff pastry. I prefer to make these with puff pastry, as it’s easier to work with. Cook the mushrooms in sherry rather than white wine. Personal preference only!

Simple Cream Cheese and Ham Spread
Simple, but flavorful, spread that is great with crackers or celery. Any dipping mustard made with turmeric as the spice factor will work. This addition put the recipe over the top.
